This has been on the calendar for a year, but with the crazy weather we've had, we have not promoted it as well as we could have. Order forms are coming home today and you will also be able to order online. See the photo attached! Students will need to be in UNIFORM not casual clothes. Thank you in advance for making sure your child is dressed appropriately for the day.

Out of an abundance of caution for our students, families, and staff members, eStem, like other central Arkansas districts, will be closed tomorrow, February 21st.
While we would love to have everyone back on campus, icy patches remain on several secondary roads and in shady spots on major roads (including spots near eStem campuses), and temperatures are not expected to rise above freezing until late tomorrow afternoon.
We hope everyone stays safe and warm tomorrow, and we will see everyone back on Monday, February 24th, with an expected high temperature of 64 degrees!

Due to the expected continued precipitation and increased likelihood of icy patches on the morning roads, eStem, like the surrounding districts, will be closed on Wednesday, February 19th. This decision aligns with our primary goal of ensuring the safety of all eStem’s students and staff. A decision for Thursday will be made at some point tomorrow.

Due to impending inclement weather, all eStem schools and offices will dismiss/close early on Tuesday, February 18th. All schools will dismiss at 12:30pm, and eStem offices will close at 1:00pm. Please monitor messages from us for the latest updates should changes in weather conditions require us to modify plans.
We will begin dismissing at 12:30pm from the breezeway. At 12:50pm, all remaining students will be dismissed from the front of the building.
We will determine the status for Wednesday, February 19th, once we assess the extent of Tuesday’s weather. Our top priority is ensuring the safety of all students and staff.

7th grade cheer tryouts for the 2025-26 school year are coming soon! There will be a mandatory parent meeting on February 24th, 4pm at East Village Elementary. Attendance is required in order to participate in the clinic and tryouts. See attached flyers for additional information.
