Hello,

I am Dr. Tiffany Gipson, the Executive Administrator of eStem Freshman Academy.

 I began my career as a high school English teacher, excelled as a Literacy Interventionist/Coach, and later served as an Assistant Principal at eStem High School. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a Master’s Degree in Reading from Arkansas State University, and an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

I believe in high expectations for all, for I truly believe that anyone can achieve anything they set their mind to—students, parents, and teachers!
