My name is Jana Young, and I am looking forward to leading eStem High School as the Director. I have over 20 years of experience in education and have devoted my career to instilling a passion for mathematics and guiding students towards academic success.

My approach as a teacher and leader is structured and disciplined. I have high expectations for students and staff while also providing empathetic support to ensure all members of our community feel valued and motivated.
