Snow day fun with eStem DTK6! Mrs. Dockery and Mrs. Zamora's classes participated in a fun learning activity during our snowy break. They reviewed proper adjectives by doing an IXL Group Jam. They reviewed multiples of 9 by using their hands, skip counting and singing songs. They also reviewed the life cycle of a frog by using resources found around their house to depict each stage of the frog's life. Thank you to these wonderful teachers for providing learning activities during this very long week!

Good evening DTJH Parents/Guardians,
Check out this week's edition of The Mets Press!

Reminder: we will not have school on Monday, January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
DTJH started Mets Time back up today! Students in Ms. Dickerson's Mets Time were doing a "Train Station" activity with questions asking about vocabulary context. In order for students to get to the next station, they had to answer questions about words and their meanings based on the context. The first student to hit all stations wins!
While this is happening at DTJH, we have exciting activities happening on all of our campuses. Remember to check our Events Calendar on our website for details specific to your child's school.
At EVE we achiEVE more! We can't wait to celebrate our student's achievements tomorrow! Tune into our Instagram live tomorrow @eastvillagek6 to watch the ceremonies!

Good afternoon EVJH Parents/Guardians,
With inclement winter weather fast approaching and/or parents simply needing to pick students up before dismissal, please remember the following:
• All visitors on campus must present identification in order to verify their relationship to the child being picked up.
• Only the names listed on the child’s authorized contact list will be permitted to pick up the student for checkout.
This is done to ensure the safety and security of all students in our care. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
Please take a look at our highlights from this week. https://5il.co/2btxs
