We love recognizing staff members who are going above & beyond for our students and schools! This week, we want to recognize Mr. Seth Allen, the Assistant Director at East Village Junior High. A colleague nominated Mr. Allen because of his hard work and willingness to jump in and help wherever he is needed, whether it’s helping at lunch duty, tutoring a student who needs support, or leading the Quiz Bowl team, Mr. Allen is there with a positive attitude! When we asked Mr. Allen what he loved about his job, he said “What I love most about my role is getting to champion both students’ and teachers’ growth!” This is his first year at eStem and he loves working here because it’s like a family, “We lean on each other for support, and we always come together to prepare students for their future!”
